Inspect cables and pulleys.
Lubricate as recommended by the manufacturer.
Check oil in gear box and add as required.
Restore power, test and operate.
Check and adjust brake if required.
Remove tags from power source.
Clean surrounding area, record results and findings and report any needed repairs or operational adjustments.

Obtain and review manufacturer's instructions.  Follow manufacturer’s instructions or procedures if different to these instructions or procedures.

Review Standard Operating Procedure for Controlling Hazardous Energy Sources.
De-energize, tag, and lock out circuit.
Take appropriate safety precautions for working at heights.
