1. Clean track.
2. Lubricate pulleys.
3. Inspect cable or chain for wear or damage and proper threading through pulleys.
4. Replace fusible links or other heat activated devices that have been painted.  Check operation of other heat activated devices.
5. Permanently remove obstructions that prohibit movement of door.
6. Check operation of door by disconnecting or lifting counterweight or other appropriate means.
7. Check fit of door in binders and fit against stay roll.
8. Check door for breaks in covering and examine for dry rot.
9. Fill out maintenance checklist and report deficiencies.
