1. Check with door operating personnel for deficiencies.
2. Drop test heat activated or fusible link roll up fire door.
3. Adjust rate of descent governor to desired closing speed.
4. Inspect, clean and lubricate door gear assembly.
5. Check alignment of overhead door guides, clean and lubricate.
6. Check and adjust door counter balance assembly.
7. Check electrical wiring and contacts for wear.
8. Check and adjust limit switches.
9. Inspect general condition of door for need of paint and repairs.
10. Replace missing or tighten loose nuts and bolts.
11. After maintenance clean around door and ensure access.
12. Fill out maintenance report.
